Rate calculator
The calculator estimates premiums from the North Carolina Title Insurance Rating Bureau rate manual effective February 1, 2026. Estimate based on filed North Carolina rates effective February 1, 2026. Final premium is determined at closing and may vary with endorsements and prior coverage. The estimate does not include attorney fees, search or examination fees, recording fees, taxes or other closing costs.

Forms and email
Submitting a form or an email does not by itself place a title order or bind coverage. A file is opened when we confirm it and coverage requires an issued commitment or policy.
